Get in touchWhat does my Fast Track include?
It includes the priority access described in your airport’s offer. Departure, arrival and connection services cover different parts of your journey. The pass does not automatically include lounges, priority boarding, check-in or passport control. Check what your service includes before booking.
Single pass or unlimited plan?
A single pass covers one journey: you pay when you travel, with no ongoing commitment. Its price depends on the airport and service. The unlimited plan is a subscription billed monthly, with unlimited Fast Track trips at airports covered by the plan.
Does the unlimited plan include companions?
Yes, subject to the plan’s terms. The account holder must travel, and companion passes are limited to family members on the same flight and booking. Read the companion terms.
How do I use my pass?
Follow the instructions we send you to find the priority entrance and present your pass. Check your booking’s terminal, entrance, opening hours and validity date.
How much time can I save?
It depends on the queues and how busy the airport is. Priority access can reduce waiting time, but no specific time saving is guaranteed. At quieter times, the difference may be small.
Can I arrive at the airport later?
Keep to your airline’s recommended arrival time. Fast Track does not change check-in, bag drop or boarding deadlines, or remove any required checks.
Do children need their own pass?
Child age limits and fares depend on the airport. Include every traveller, including children and babies, to check which pass each person needs. You can book for up to twenty people.
What if my flight changes?
Changes and refunds depend on the service you book. Check its terms before paying, as some passes cannot be changed. If your flight changes, contact us to check the options for your booking.
